TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In the below Terms and Conditions, "you" and "your" means any, all persons who booked the trip and are part of trip (including those who joined after alteration). "We", "us" and "our" means Shree Cabs. By continuing so, you are agreeing to follow our “Terms and Conditions”, together with our “Privacy Policy” controlled by website of Shree Cabs. We had tried to provide all the information in a simple words as possible, still in case of any confusion, doubts you can write to us for clarification.
Alterationto User(s) Agreement
Shree Cabs may change, modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notification to user(s) and the altered and reaffirmed terms and conditions will be effective immediately on posting in our website. By continuing, the usage of our Services will signify your acceptance of the altered terms and conditions.
Booking Criteria:
1. You must permit enough time while booking your taxi, for any delay caused by the traffic, or weather conditions. Shree Cabs shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the guest/s are not ready at time of pickup.
2. You must order the car as per your space requirements wrt no of guests and luggage being carried. The Shree Cabs cannot guarantee to carry luggage beyond the TRA guidelines allowed.
Price, Booking and Payment Policy:
1. The tariff listed on our website excludes the Taxes, Parking Charges, Toll Tax Charges, State Permit Charges, Sightseeing entrance charges, Guide Services and Waiting Charges.
2. As per your given details, once the booking is confirmed, we will send you the final quotation on your phone after getting all the details about the booking. Please check you’re booking confirmation carefully and inform us promptly of any errors. Shree Cabs shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from by your failure to provide the correct information.
3. The booking confirmation will be given on the registered mobile number or e-mail ID provided at the time of registration by the Client
4. The clients can choose any of the various choices for Payment during booking i.e. thru Cash, Demand Draft, Cheque and Online transfer-thru Credit Card / Debit Card/ Mobile Payment Apps / Net Banking.
5. Payment can be done in personal or thru online transfer & on self-behalf or for sponsoring others.

General Policy:
1. Shree Cabs office will be considered as the starting and end point for calculating the rental amount as follows
• Starting Point and Time: As soon as driver leaves to reach the customer pickup location, this will be consideredas the start time and location.
• Finish Point and Time: As soon the driver reaches back the Shree Cabs office, after dropping the Client, this will be consideredas finishing point and time.
• Actual Distance travelled will be taken for final rate calculation.
2. Rents are calculations will be from the trip start time.
• After 24 hours from the trip start time, 25% will be charged extra on the price for each extra kilometer than permitted limit.
• Night charges are applicable if the journey extends after night 12:00 midnight, extra day will be counted for calculation, irrespective of the Start time.
3. Vehiclesare strictly subjected to purely availability. However if the chosen and booked vehicle is not available at the time of journey, equivalent vehicle will be arranged in the similar segment.
4. Smoking, Consumption of alcoholic drinks and other narcotic substances in the Vehicle is strictly prohibited as per government norms and rules.
5. During the trip, if the vehicle gets Damaged/ Dirty due to the Guest, either intentionally or accidentally, entire Repair / Cleaning cost should be borne by the Guest.
Cancellation Policy:
• If we cancel the trip, the client is entitled to get total refund of actual amount paid.
• If the clients do cancellation, deduction will be done as per the following guidelines.
For Multi-Day Journey:
• 0% of trip charges if cancelled before 24 hours
• 30% of trip charges if cancelled before 18 hours
• 60% of trip charges if cancelled before 12 hours
• 100% of trip charges if cancelled below 6 hours
For Single Day Journey:
• Airport Pickup or/and Drop: 100% Charges if cancelled below 12 hours
• Airport Pickup or/and Drop: 0% Charges if cancelled before 12 hours
• Packages and Quick Trip: 100% Charges if cancelled below 12 hours
• Packages and Quick Trip: 0% Charges if cancelled before 12 hoursRefund Policy:
• If you cancel the trip, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the above mentioned cancellation and refund policy of Shree Cabs
• If eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation & Refund Policy” as mentioned above, then the refund will be returned within 5-7 working days.
